First miter on new build. Seat tube to bb.
Tacking seat tube to bb.
Handmade seatstay bridge for your handmade Justice Madison.
Cut a little off top of seat stays depending on the frame I am building and now they are ready to bend.
Different bends for different frames. Now I need to miter the seat tube ends then cut and slot accordingly to the dropouts.
Cutting head tube.
BB miter on chain stays with mill. Don't be fooled, there is a lot more to do between here and tacking them to the bb. Justice Madison frames get the full on love and attention to detail! Why do you think everyone loves them so much?
All the miters get cleaned up with my little deburring tool.

One Pass.
The quality of this jig bore is beyond compare. It does one thing at Justice Madison Cycles-miter seat stays. Something about making a beautiful new bike with an old high quality tool just feels good.
